1. Who we are

getvsw.com is the website for VSW Websites (Virtual Showroom Website), a product of ICB Tech Solutions LLC (“ICB Tech Solutions,” “we,” “us”), 401 Interchange St, McKinney, Texas 75071. This policy covers this website. Dealership websites built on VSW, and the VSW dealer CMS, have their own notices.

ICB Tech Solutions’ company-wide Privacy Policy also applies to our other products and services.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you request a walkthrough, we collect what you type into the form:

• your dealership’s name, your first and last name, and your role;
• your work email and, if you add it, your mobile number;
• your dealership’s current website address, inventory size and the best time to talk, if you add them;
• whether you are OK with us texting you about the request.

Information collected automatically

• Request details. When you send the form we record your IP address, browser type and the time, so we can protect the form from abuse and keep a record of your request and consent.
• Server logs. Like every web server, ours logs IP addresses, pages requested, referring pages and browser type.
• Campaign source. If you arrive from an ad, email or another website, we remember the campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source, gclid or fbclid), the referring site and the first page you landed on. See Cookies.

3. How we use it

• to contact you about your walkthrough and answer your questions;
• to understand which of our marketing brings dealers to us;
• to protect this website and the form from spam, fraud and abuse;
• to keep records we are required or entitled to keep, including a record of your consent.

We contact you by email or phone about your request. We text you only if you tick the box on the form. You can opt out at any time (see section 8).

4. Cookies

This website sets two first-party cookies and loads no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.

• vswsid (session, essential): keeps the walkthrough form secure. Deleted when you close your browser.
• vsw_ft (90 days): the campaign tags, referring site and landing page described above. It holds no name, email or phone number.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The form may not work without the session cookie.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We share it only:

• with service providers who run our hosting, email and phone systems for us, under confidentiality obligations;
• when the law, a court order or a government authority requires it;
• to protect our rights, safety or property, or that of others, including to investigate fraud or abuse;
• as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business;
• with your consent.

6. Storage and security

Your request goes over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our own systems in the United States. Requests are stored in our customer system with personal fields encrypted. We limit who can see them and keep records of access.

If the customer system is unavailable, a walkthrough request may be sent by email to support@icbtechsolutions.com; it is entered into the system and deleted from the mailbox within 30 days.

No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure. We use reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Retention

We keep walkthrough requests for as long as we need them to talk with you, and for the period our records require. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. Backup copies may remain for a limited period.

8. Your choices and rights

• Opt out of texts: reply STOP to any text from us.
• Opt out of email or calls: use the unsubscribe link in our emails or tell us at support@icbtechsolutions.com.
• Access, correction, deletion: ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, subject to exceptions the law allows.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law. We will not treat you differently for using them. We respond within the time the law requires.

9. Children

This website is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date above and post the new version here. Material changes apply from the date they are posted.
