1. Accepting these terms

getvsw.com is operated by ICB Tech Solutions LLC (“ICB Tech Solutions,” “we,” “us”). By using this website or sending us a request through it, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

You confirm that you are at least 18 and, if you contact us on behalf of a dealership or other business, that you are authorized to do so.

2. This website

This website describes VSW Websites and lets you request a walkthrough. Its content is general information, not an offer or a contract. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time.

3. VSW products

Requesting a walkthrough does not create a subscription or any obligation for you or for us. If your dealership signs up for VSW, the agreement presented at signup governs that service, and it controls over these terms for the product it covers.

4. Communications

When you send us a request, you agree that ICB Tech Solutions may contact you about it and about VSW by email or phone. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can ask us to stop at any time by emailing support@icbtechsolutions.com, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

5. Text messages

We text you only if you tick the box on the walkthrough form. Texts are about your request: scheduling, reminders and follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help, or contact support@icbtechsolutions.com or +1 469-871-8385. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, graphics, the VSW name and logo, images and code, belongs to ICB Tech Solutions or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view it for your own information. You may not copy, republish or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

7. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

  • use this website in a way that breaks any law or regulation;
  • send false information, or impersonate another person or business;
  • send spam or automated submissions through our forms;
  • try to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt or overload the website or our systems;
  • introduce viruses or other harmful code;
  • scrape the website with robots or other automated tools, except search engines that follow our robots.txt.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THIS WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
